We decided to contact Kay to sell our home because our neighbor highly recommended her. Recently, Kay sold our neighbor’s house quickly at a very high price for our neighborhood. After I called Kay, she visited our home that same evening and I was shocked to see an email very late that same night with a valuation estimate and recommended timeline for the sale. Her marketing website for our house had wonderful photos and a narrated video. She negotiated an excellent above-asking-price offer just one day after we put the house on the market. We were thrilled to accept it. Some issues came up during the escrow period, but Kay helped navigate through them to close the transaction. She helped us stay calm and positive. She devoted much personal attention to get us the highest price for our home. We are amazed at how responsive via text and emails she is and she kept us informed every step of the way. She is thorough, detail-oriented, and is a great negotiator. We’ve sold multiple properties and this was our best experience by far. We have been very happy with her work and highly recommend her to other sellers and buyers.
